Brisbane Visitor Information & Booking Centre

Whether its tour bookings, events and entertainment information, brochures and maps, or general tourist advice you need, the award-winning Brisbane Visitor Information Centre on the Queen Street Mall has it covered. The centre was recently awarded best Visitor Information and Services at the 2009 Qantas Australian Tourism Awards.

Located just outside Wintergarden, it is also the best place in town to get advice about Brisbane and south east Queensland’s integrated public transport service - TransLink. Learn the best way to get around town.

An additional service of the centre is the Roving Ambassadors. If you need help finding your favourite store on the mall, want advice about where to dine, or want to know what sights to see in Brisbane, than the Roving Ambassadors are the people to talk to. They will help you with whatever question you have. The Roving Ambassadors are located on the Queen Street Mall. To find them just look for the friendly people wearing the accredited blue and yellow 'i' for 'information' symbol on their uniforms.
