You may have come across David Schindler and Kevin Xu hawking their delicious wares in some of Brisbane's markets. Now they have a permanent home on Turbot Street where Kevin's mother patiently stuffs and pleats hundreds of dumpling wrappers in the steamy kitchen (an impressive 11 seconds per dumpling).
They come in three types; 'Harbin' - pork and chive, `Lovabull' - beef with various spices that lack English names, a vegetarian version called 'Zen' named after Kevin's mother, a zen buddhist, as well as 'Pork Clouds' - wonderfully light and fluffy pork buns.
