Aptly named “The Laneway”,  run by ex-The Bowery bar manager, Ryan Lane, is part of renowned, award winning restaurant Urbane.

Urbane has recently undergone redevelopment to extend their offering to 4 distinct dining and bar experiences, incorporating the new Urbane, The Euro, Sub-Urbane and The Laneway.

The Laneway offers an impressive cocktail menu which incorporates daily fresh pressed citrus juices, as well as rare and imported wines, beers and ciders and a wagu-spiked food offering from Urbane’s head chef Alejandro Cancino.

The Laneway features a series of patterned lights along the lane walls which hover over the lane at the first floor level. The bar is framed by a 4-metre high cantilevered balcony facing towards Margaret Street and is accessible from Mary Street or Spencer Lane.
